Since 2003 worked as assistent of the borker at broker house TT Consulting, s.r.o. In 2005 has tested security of new information system at the exchange, where many security flaws were found. In 2009 has become owner and director of TT Consulting, and Exchange chamber appointed him on 24th february 2009 to the function President of the Exchange chamber at CEB. As president he transformed the Exchange in accordence to legislative order 92/2008 to joint stock company, and revised exchange rules several times. He implemented Guarantee system 2, optimised processes at the Exchange, defined Term contracts - MON, established SWAP trading, started electronic auction system at the Exchange, started project for agrosector, run Exchange wiki knowledge base [1], established Exchange price commitee, devided trading sectors at the exchange for EUA [2], and diamonds [3], and others.
