EUA Market has 2 types of orders. Exchange order and OTC order. With OTC order is trading for free, but there are no special processes of clearing and settlement. There are no costs to become member or trade at the EUA Market OTC marketplace. You can enter free order to the system. When this order will be paired, OTC contract will be made. After that, contact information of buyer will be send to seller and contact information of seller will be send to buyer. Also information of this trade will stay in the system.
To submit exchange order, you need to become member of the Commodity Exchange Bratislava. There are 2 possibilities. As Trader PM - Entry fee 3000 €, and trade fee 0.01% of the contract value. Or you can become member as Trader SM, where there is no entry fee, but trade fee is 1,5%. Emitters has also opportunity to trade through brokerage houses. Any member of the exchange is allowed to trade on behalf of third party, and therefor is broker house.
Each exchange contract is covered by money or commodity. There are 2 types of exchange orders. You can choose to be price maker or price taker. When you submit counter order to the order that is already in the system, pairing mechanism will pair them together at zero time. After that exchange contract will be made and at the account of buyer will be available whole amount of EUA, and at the account of seller will be available whole amount of money. After that you are allowed to withdraw money or EUA from the system and send it to your account. Second type of order is when you would like to reach your price. You can enter your price and volume to the marketplace, and wait until someone create counter order for your order. This order is slower, but can guarantee higher price. At the moment the counter order is made, exchange contract will be created, and money and eua transfered to the accounts.
