Commodity Exchange Bratislava, JSC was found 8.12.1992. The company was found by name "Bratislavská medzinárodná komoditná burza (BMKB)" (International commodity exchange Bratislava), later was renamed to Commodity Exchange Bratislava (CEB). On 1.4.2009, on the behalf of new law about commodity exchanges 92/2008 Zb. was transformed to joint stock company with base equity 780 000 €.
